Ashia Nicole knows what it looks like to build something impressive on the outside while feeling increasingly disconnected on the inside. She has walked the path of building businesses, reaching external milestones, and still waking up wondering if she was actually living the life she wanted — or just the one she thought she was supposed to want.
That disconnect led her to do something most high-achievers resist: she paused. She got honest. She walked away from the version of her life that no longer fit and began rebuilding — intentionally, strategically, and with far more alignment than before.
That experience is the foundation of Catalyst Coaching and Consulting. As a certified Life Coach, Business Consultant, and licensed Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience, Ashia created Catalyst to be the resource she wished she'd had — a place where overwhelmed entrepreneurs and professionals could get both the strategic support and the grounded, honest guidance to rebuild their businesses and lives in a way that actually works for them.
